Engagement

There are a number of ways in which EGPA effects positive change for the benefit of European LGBT citizens.

Within policing, EGPA has helped European colleagues found their own LGBT staff associations in countries like Greece and Finland. 

Members of our Executive Committee regularly have interventions with EU institutions, MEP’s, Law Enforcement and Border Agencies, NGO’s, Government Policing Ministers, LGBTI Advocacy Groups, Police Officer Trade Unions,  in order to educate about our works, influence policy decisions, lobby for LGBT rights and protections, and set targets for future cooperation.
