How Can We Help
For 20 years, EGPA has been at the forefront of inspiring change across Europe because we are the only police organisation spanning 16 countries consisting of LGBT police officers dedicated to making the police service more LGBT inclusive and improving the service delivery for LGBT communities.

At national or European level we have knowledge and experience of LGBT issues combined with policing LGBT communities and investigating hate crime.

At EGPA, we don’t always have the answers however with our extensive list of contacts and knowledge of LGBT NGO’s from across Europe, we can try and signpost you in the right direction.

We have already assisted a number of countries set up their own LGBT Police Association with the resultant benefit it brings to both the workplace and the community.

Awareness
Through our member organisations, social media channels, website and communications tools including podcast, we can help raise awareness of LGBT-related topics.
Networking
Our conferences provide a unique opportunity and experience in which you will meet LGBT police officers from across Europe, broaden your outlook and knowledge and come away feeling incentivised whilst having made the contacts that can help support you.
